Michael Douglas wins best actor Golden Globe for 'Behind'

Actor Michael Douglas has won the best actor in miniseries or motion picture made for television at the 71st Golden Globe Awards held here Sunday evening. He was awarded for his performance in "Behind the Candelabra".

His co-star Matt Damon was also nominated in the same category.

In the other category, which recognises actresses' work, Amy Poehler was awarded with best actress in TV series comedy , "Parks and Recreation". She is also hosting the award function with Tina Fey.

Poehler looked excited and surprised as she wasn't expecting it.
