Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday called for district-wise review of all citizen-centric services especially those which are actually delivered online and directed officials that most grievances should be redressed within 60 days.

Chairing the 11th interaction through PRAGATI -- the multi-modal platform for Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation -- Modi called for focused action in the next one month to ensure that grievances "barring exceptions" are disposed off within 60 days.

On Digitization of Land Records, the prime minister called for integration of all land records with Aadhaar at the earliest.

This was extremely important to monitor the successful implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, an official release said quoting the prime minister.

Urging officials to speed up the pace of work in redressing grievances, Modi emphasised that grievance redressal was one of the key features of governance in democracy.

He reiterated his directive for top officers to intervene in this matter.

After reviewing the progress of vital infrastructure projects in road, railway, power, and oil sectors -- spread across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand -- Modi said there was now "healthy progress among states for investment".

He, however, called for further concerted efforts to build on the momentum, to create a "positive perception", the official statement said.

In the social sector, the prime minister assessed the status of the Widow Pension Programme, and the progress towards eradication of leprosy.
