Nigerian held in Goa with marijuana

A Nigerian national has been arrested for possessing marijuana worth Rs.55,000, a Goa Police spokesperson said Friday.
Innocent Eneanya (26) was arrested while selling the contraband drug near a petrol pump at the beach village of Arambol, 40 km from Panaji, police said.
Eneanya, who has been booked under the relevant sections of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and the Indian Penal Code has been remanded in police custody for seven days by a local magistrate.
