Actress Delnaaz Irani, who has been part of the small screen for over a decade, says she is "proud" that she has been able to "sustain for so many years".
"TV is a huge medium today, and I am really proud of the fact that I have sustained for so many years... TV has a huge viewership today," Delnaaz told IANS.
Delnaaz, who has also acted in Bollywood films and is fondly remembered as Sweetu from the 2003 Shah Rukh Khan-starrer "Kal Ho Naa Ho" and as Mrs. Jojo from the 2008 film "Bhootnath", feels "TV and movies both are at par" for her as an artiste.
The 43-year-old actress along with her boyfriend Percy Karkaria are currently a part of couple-based reality TV show "Power couple", which airs on Sony Entertainment Television.
"Power Couple" is co-hosted by star couple Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora Khan.
Delnaaz, who has been part of theatre, TV and movies, says "TV helps in making money and movies make history".
"I have always said, 'Theatre is my life and my first love, TV is all the money that you make and films make history'... So you are still alive in people's mind. That's the description of all three mediums," said Delnaaz, adding that she's "proud" of having "tasted all these three mediums".
