Two injured in scuffle, one accused held

A man has been arrested here on Tuesday for involvement in a scuffle, that left two persons injured, police said.

One injured is admitted at All India Institutes of Medical Sciences with a head injury while the other with two bullet injuries has been taken to Max Hospital in Saket, Deputy Commissioner of Police Romil Baaniya said.

The officer said the scuffle started between two groups began around 6.30 p.m. following an argument in the afternoon in Ambedkar Nagar of south Delhi.

"The arrested person is being interrogated and raids are in process to arrest others," Baaniya said.

The DCP said a case has been registered and both the injured had a history of involvement in crime.
