India's Leander Paes and his Czech partner Radek Stepanek suffered a shocking defeat against an unseeded pair in the men's doubles semi-final of the Wimbledon here Friday.
Paes and Stepanek, seeded fifth, went down 6-7, 3-6, 4-6 to the unseeded Canadian-American pair of Vasek Pospisil and Jack Sock.
Paes and Stepanek failed to win any of their break points.
Pospisil and Sock served well as they fired seven aces Paes and Stepanek got just one.
In the final, Pospisil and Sock will take on the Bryan brothers Mike and Bob, who beat Michael Llodra and Nicolas Mahut 7-6, 6-3, 6-2 in the other semi-final clash.
The Bryans are now just a win away from their 99th team title.
