Zambia has slumped 11 places in the latest FIFA rankings and are ranked 14th in Africa and 71st in the world.
Zambia slipped from last month's 10th to 14th in Africa and from 60th to 71st in the world. This comes barely a few days after they lost 1-2 to Ghana in a crucial World Cup qualifier match, dashing any hopes of making a maiden appearance at the World Cup, reports Xinhua.
Cote d'Ivoire has remained the first ranked team in Africa followed by Ghana, Algeria, Nigeria and Mali.
