Here’s a “scientific” coincidence. The speed of light is 1,86,000 miles per second. The presumptive loss estimated by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) from discretionary allocation of coal blocks is Rs 1,86,000 crore. Ergo, would not be wrong to denote the UPA government’s record as scams@speed of light.
