One of the Maoists, Krisha Vallahbh alias Amaresh Kumar alias Chunnuji, said to be the area commander of Vazirganj area, was arrested from Maher village last night, Superintendent of Police, City, Baburam said.
A self-styled sub-zonal commander Surendra Ram alias Maheshji alias Avadhji was arrested from Pali village, he said.
Ram was wanted in connection with several cases of Maoist violence, including murder of six policemen at Paraiya police station in 2003, the SP said.
Another ultra Sanjay Sav surrendered to the CRPF's 159th battalion yesterday, Baburam said.
