Additional Superintendent of Police (Kota city) Shantanu Kumar said, "On the basis of the report filed by Deputy Mayor Sunita Vyas and her driver Amar Singh, several AAP workers have been booked at Kishorepura police station."

She has alleged that the AAP workers first started abusing her police guard and then began to hit her driver. She charged that they also manhandled and misbehaved with her.
"The AAP workers pulled my collar and dragged me to the road. They manhandled and misbehaved with me," alleged Vyas, who claimed that the troublemakers "seemed to be pouring out their frustration over what is happening with the party in New Delhi".
Vyas also alleged that the AAP workers scuffled with police personnel after they reached the spot.
