10 killed in bus-tanker collision in Thane

At least ten people were killed and many others injured following a collision between a private bus and tanker at Kasa near Dahanu in the district early this morning.
The incident occurred around 7 AM after the private luxury bus carrying passengers collided with a tanker at Medvan Khind here, police said.
Resident Deputy Collector Manoj Gohad said relief and rescue operation have already been launched.
