kidnapped and raped by her neighbour at the Lisari Gate area here, police said.
The victim's family in the police complaint alleged that, a youth, resident of Summer Garden Colony, allegedly kidnapped the girl on Friday night after sedating her and took her to a vacant house, where he raped her.
The next day when the girl returned to her house in Lakhipura, she narrated the incident to her parents, who filed a complaint.
Following the complaint, the youth was arrested.
