18 student suicides in Kota in 2015

Kota, the coaching hub for various engineering and medical entrance examinations, has been witnessing an increasing trend in student suicides with the figure touching 18 last year, police said today.
At least 18 cases of suicide were reported to police by various coaching institutes last year, Kota City SP Swai Singh Godara said.
There were eight such cases reported in 2013 and 13 in 2014. It's a matter of grave concern and efforts are on to check the same, he said.
