2 die in crash of US small plane in Mexico

Veracruz civil protection authorities say a Cessna has crashed in the Gulf coast state, killing two and injuring one.
The Secretary of Civil Protection says the plane crashed about 7:40 p.M. Local time in Micoxtla. A man and a woman died, while the daughter of the two survived and was hospitalised, though her injuries are not grave.
The plane was a Cessna 172 registered in the United States with tail number N621H. It was traveling from the western Mexican state of Jalisco, the statement said.
No identities or home states were given late yesterday for the victims of the crash.
