3 boys dead after lighting strikes on them, two injured

The boys were playing in an open area during rains when they were struck by lightning. Three boys, all aged around 12 years, died on the spot, while two others sustained burn injuries, they said.

All the deceased and injured boys were natives of Manpur Jhauwa village, they said.

Efforts were on to ascertain the identity, sources added.
