4.5 kg ganja seized

About 4.5 kg of
contraband ganja worth around Rs 30 lakh was seized from two smugglers on a tall plaza in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district today, officials of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) said.
Acting on a tip off, a DRI team stopped a vehicle at a toll plaza at Maithi on NH 57, and recovered 4.5 kg of ganja valued at Rs 30 lakh in the international market from it.
Two persons, who in the vehicle, were arrested. They were coming from Rampur in West Bengal and was going to Guwahati.
The recovery took place he added.
