58-yr-old doctor murdered by neighbour

A 58-year-old doctor was beaten to death by his neighbour today over a minor issue concerning their children, police said.
Dr Mohammad Siddiq, who runs a private clinic, was murdered by his neighbour Irfan after their children quarrelled with each other over some issue this morning in Bhojpur village, police said.
Irked over the fight between the children, Irfan, along with his sons, assaulted Siddiq with lathis and beat him to death when he was returning home from his clinic, Kiratpur SHO Satyavir Singh said.
When the doctor's wife came to his rescue she was also beaten badly, the SHO said, adding, the victim was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead.
