'Grey Lady' follows a plainclothes Nantucket detective dealing with a killer on the loose.
Lester will play Johnson, the detective who is on a mission to make the island safe.
Eric Dane ('Grey's Anatomy') and Natalie Zea ('Justified') will also star in the film.
Lester's acting credits include 'Primary Colours' and 'As You Like It'.
