The advocate identified as Ishfaq Ahmed, deals with cases of matrimonial disputes and had developed intimate relations with one of his clients who had approached him to plead her case to seek divorce from her husband.
"A lady, who had sought help from the Advocate to get divorce from her husband, but the Advocate developed physical relations with her on the pretext of marrying her after she gets divorce from her husband", a police officer said.
"On the directions of the court, we have booked the accused on charges of rape at Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu and started investigations", the police officer added.
