Advocates to boycott court proceedings on Friday

The Madras High Court Advocates Association has called for a boycott of proceedings tomorrow over the issue of implementation of Tamil as official language in the Court.
MHAA said the decision was taken unanimously after consultations with Women Lawyers Association and Madras Bar Association, a Law Association release said today.
Federation of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Lawyers has earlier called for a boycott in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
The Tamil Nadu Advocates Association has also called for a boycott of court proceedings tomorrow.
