Sepoy Vipin Kumar of JAT Regiment and a civilian porter were killed in the accident near Digdol on Jammu-Srinagar national highway this afternoon, a police officer said.
He said the vehicle was on its way to Leh from Jammu.
The bodies have been recovered and shifted to a hospital for legal and medical formalities, he said, adding a case has been registered.
