At 12.6 deg Celsius, Ganganagar coldest in Rajasthan

Night temperatures marginally increased in parts of Rajasthan where Ganganagar was recorded as the coldest place on Thursday with a minimum temperature of 12.6 degrees Celsius.

Dabok and Churu recorded minimum of 13.3 and 13.8 degrees respectively while the night temperature at other places was 14-15 degrees, a MeT official said here.

Ganganagar, Churu and Bikaner also recorded 13.3, 5 and 2.8 mm rains respectively till Thursday evening, he said.

The weatherman has predicted light rains at some places in the state during next 24 hours.
