Bihar assembly adopts privilege notice against surgeon

Shiv Ji Rai, an MLA from East Champran, brought the privilege notice against civil surgeon Saroj Singh and two others, including Bihar State Health Service Association vice-president Sushil Kumar Singh.

Speaker U N Choudhary accepted the notice and sent it to the Privilege Committee of the house for further action.
