Bihar MLA's husband arrested

Awadhesh Mandal was arrested for allegedly beating up the government employee attached to the revenue department Ramsevak Mandal and obstructing government work, Superintendent of Police Amit Lodha said.

He was arrested after an FIR was filed against him by Mandal, he said.
