The movement would be launched on June 7 and continue till June 22, Maheswari, who is on a visit to the Barak Valley, told party workers here.
As part of the agitation, BJP workers will organise a series of dharnas and rallies culminating with a "jail bharo" on June 22.
The BJP leader lambasted the Tarun Gogoi government in Assam for its alleged failure on the development front, specially in the Barak Valley.
She said that Gogoi and his government in the run up to the 2011 assembly polls in Assam had given assurances to protect and rehabilitate Hindu refugees from Bangladesh, but failed to take any steps in this direction after winning the polls.
The people of Barak Valley will vote for BJP and against Congress in next year's panchayat polls in the state, Maheshwari asserted.
