Locals noticed foul smell emanating from a stuffed polythene gunny bag lying in a forlorn plot of land in East Mustafabad and informed police.
Police reached the spot and recovered beheaded torso of a young male with both forearms severed from the bag, they said.
Dead body has been sent for post mortem, police said, adding, an FIR has been registered and police is trying to establish identity of the deceased.
