Addressing the crowd, Dutt said Congress is the only party which could rise above caste and religion lines to bring development in the state and they should vote for the party to allow it to carry forward the development process.
Dutt said his family has been with Congress from the time of his father Sunil Dutt and this relationship is an unbreakable one.
