Raising the issue during Zero Hour, Dubey said there have been recent instances where Pakistani flags have been raised in Kashmir, Patna and Maharashtra and such cases should be dealt with laws stringent than MCOCA.
Shiromani Akali Dal MP Ranjit Singh Bramhapura raised the issue of an Indian soldier named Balvinder Singh who has been languishing in Pakistani jail since the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
He said the army had initially declared him dead, but it was later found that he is still alive. He also urged the solider to be released from the Pakistani jail.
