BSE today asked stock brokers to furnish details of their key management personnel in the stock exchange's electronic filing system by December 26.
The move comes after markets regulator Sebi, in September, had put in place an enhanced supervision framework for stock brokers.
Under the guidelines, trading members are required to provide the details of their Key Management Personnel (KMP) along with their PAN and any change thereof to the Exchange.
In a circular, BSE has directed trading members to update the details of their top officials like chief executive officer, managing director, company secretary, whole-time director and chief financial officer in BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing system) under the heading 'Key Personnel Data'.
The exchange has asked trading members to furnish the relevant details of their KMPs, in case the same has not been furnished.
Further, trading members have been asked to update the details latest by December 26 and keep on updating the same, as and when any changes take place.
In March, BSE had asked stock brokers to furnish details of their associates in its electronic filing system.
