Cardamom edges up on scattered demand

In restricted activity, cardamom prices inched up by Rs 5 per kg at the kirana market today on scattered demand from retailers.
However, other spices held steady in thin trade.
Marketmen said mild demand from retailers led to the rise in cardamom small prices.
In the national capital, cardamom small (Chitridar), (colour robin, bold and extra-bold were up by Rs 5 each to Rs 505-610, Rs 535-545, Rs 565-575 and Rs 605-615 per kg, respectively.
