The woman was in the city to attend a conference with her boss Santosh Kumar Gupta, who is the Managing Director of Pinnacle Celebrity Management company based in Mumbai, and was raped by him on January 31, police said.
Gupta allegedly gave sedatives-laced cold drink to the woman and raped her in the hotel, they said.
On the complaint of the victim at Hazratganj police staiton, a team of policemen arrested the accused from near Charbagh railway station this morning, they said.
