The five-bedroom estate has its own waterpark, tennis court, and golf range.
The mother-of-three also sold off her house in Quebec, Canada last month for USD 25.5 million and is allegedly planning to settle full-time in Las Vegas, where she has had a residency show at the Caesars Palace resort since 2011.
