"This shooting range, a specialised facility designed for firearms practice, is being raised here in view of its potential among the youth," he said.
Chib, who also holds the portfolios of Medical Education and Youth Services, said that the promotion of sports is a key agenda of the coalition government and spelled out several measures taken during the past three years.
