Confucius class room at Bharathiar University

Bharathiar University here today entered into a MOU with China Radio International, China, for establishment of Confucius Class Room.
The Classroom would facilitate cultural interaction between India and China, Zhan Qiao, vice director, CRI, said.
This would also be of great help to the business communities of Coimbatore, Tirupur and Erode, to explore Chinese markets, a release from the University, quoting her, said.
Dr R Saravana Selvan, Head, Department of English and Foreign Languages, who signed the MOU, said in the release that university has produced number of Chinese English graduates, post graduates, and Phds, who are already working in China and other Countries.

The university vice-chancellor, Dr James G Pitchai, Zhan Qiao and another Vice Director of CRI, Cas Jun, were present during the signing of MOU.
