Additional DCP (South) Yogesh Goyal wanted to speak to Dudi about a protest march planned by the Congress against a controversial bill which seeks to protect judges, public servants and magistrates from probe without the government's prior sanction.
The MLAs had assembled at party legislator Girraj Singh's quarters from where they were supposed to hold proceed to the state assembly. They also planned to go to Raj Bhawan from the assembly to hand over a representation to the governor.
Dotasar got furious seeing the officer in the quarters and alleged that he was there to threaten the Congress members.
Dotasara, in presence of other MLAs, allegedly shouted at Goyal and asked him to "get out of the MLA's quarters", saying only then the MLAs would hold talk. The officer then left.
