Earlier Rajmohan had challenged cancellation of allotment of shop in the complex in the category of Non George Town Traders Type I made to him. He was one among the 23 cancelled allot tees.
When the petition challenging the cancellation is pending, he filed a sub application before the court seeking a direction to CMDA to allow all 23 allotees whose allotments were cancelled to participate in the August 11 draw of lots
Justice Kirubakaran directed CMDA to allow all 23 allottees to participate in the draw. However none of them were allowed to participate in it.
