Copper for delivery in February 2015 was down by Rs 1.85, or 0.45%, to Rs 408.10 per kg at the Multi Commodity Exchange in a business volume of 3,551 lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in April next year shed Rs 1.55, or 0.37%, to Rs 412.10 per kg in a business volume of 44 lots.

Meanwhile, copper for delivery in three months at the London Metal Exchange fell 0.5% to $6,368.25 a metric tonne, while in Shanghai it dropped by 1.8% to 45,850 yuan ($7,404) per tonne.
