Haryana Food and Supplies Minister Karan Dev Kamboj said positive journalism has increased the confidence of the common man in the media and news based on facts will always benefit the society.
He said journalists should accept challenges for the betterment of the society.
Acting vice-chancellor of H P University Prof Rajender Chauhan asked media persons to create awareness in the society regarding prevailing issues and forthcoming challenges before it.
