Demi Moore wanted to file for divorce first

Kutcher, 34, who allegedly cheated on Moore with another woman, wanted to give her time to move on before filing for legal procedure but finally filed for divorce on December 22, reported TMZ Online.

Moore and Kutcher were married for six years but ended it after the latter was caught cheating on their marriage anniversary.

Sources claim Moore is "genuinely happy" and has no regrets about moving on.

Kutcher is now dating long time friend Mila Kunis.
