The survey, which is a part of an international initiative by Railway and Transport Strategy Centre of Imperial College London in 24 metros across the world, will be conducted till May 21, a press note released by the DMRC said.
The questionnaire shall cover aspects like overall satisfaction, availability, accessibility, ease of use, information prior to and during travel, reliability, customer care, comfort, crowding, security etc and will be available on DMRC's website - www.Delhimetrorail.Com.
"The questions will be objective type with multiple options so that the respondents can finish the questionnaires within three to five minutes. For reaching out to a larger target audience, the questionnaire will be available in both Hindi and English," the corporation said.
