Special Task Force (STF) of Gwalior arrested Dr Rupendra Arya alias Ankur from his native place in Nawabganj area yesterday and took him away for questioning, they said.
Ankur, who had done his BAMS from the BHU was to get married on June 2, police said.
However, his family members have alleged that their son is being framed in the case.
