Gaikhangam, who was speaking at the 42nd Foundation Day of All Manipur Working Journalists' Union (AMWJU) at Manipur Press club, said there was danger in selective reading of the document instead of reading the whole content to the members of his own tribal fraternity.
"I appeal to them as one of them having been elected from tribal constituency in hill areas of Manipur," he claimed.
The Deputy CM pointed out while the state had been inviting those opposed to the bills for talk, no one was ready to come forward for having talks with the state government.
