Kolia said: "From sketchy resumes and insufficient practical exposure to unrealistic expectations about the job and attitudinal issues, recruiters feel are some of the problems which companies deal with as they try to onboard fresher talent".
Besides, resume related issues recruiters have to deal with issues like qualification wise skills gap and attitudinal issues also, the Wisdomjobs.Com survey said.
Regarding attitudinal issues, the report said that 52 per cent of the surveyed recruiters said that freshers struggle with team dynamics and 42 per cent of them said that freshers are unable to meet work deadlines.
