Eetee Maheta got the better of compatriot Adnya Naik 6-4 6-3 while Amrita Mukherjee took out Chinese Taipei's Chia Hsen Yang 6-2 4-6 6-1 in the third and final qualifying round.
Shreya Pasricha came from behind to tame compatriot Tarrannum Handa 2-6 6-4 6-2 and Ashmitha Easwaramurthi downed Preeti Gokhale 6-3 6-1.
The final girl to make the cut was Simran Kaur Sethi, who also came from behind Sai Samhitha Chamarthi 3-6 6-4 6-2 in her third round of the qualifying event.
However, Sumeera Kamil, Sahan Shetty and Tanisha Rohira missed out after losing their matches to contestants from abroad.
India's Prerna Bhambri is top seed and Nidihi Chilumula is second seed.
