Five killed, two injured in road accident

A group of seven young boys were walking down a road in Gholgaria area when the van hit them killing five of them on the spot, district SP Mukesh Kumar said.

The two others were injured and are admitted in the district hospital, he said adding that the driver of the vehicle fled from the spot after the accident.
