Foreign scribes sent back to Ranchi from Latehar for security

According to district superintendent of police Kranti Kumar, four media persons from a foreign country and a Ranchi-based person came to Latehar after touring neighbouring Garhwa and Palamau districts.

"They wanted to go to some interior place. As they did not give any prior information to provide them with security, they were not allowed to go because of their security," Kumar said adding he had spoken to his higher official before the team was sent back to Ranchi.
