Four juveniles, who were brought to a police station in Adilabad district of Telangana on suspicion that they had indulged in house breaking, managed to escaped today, police said.
The juveniles, who were suspects and not accused, were brought to the Mancherial Town police station of the district yesterday for questioning in connection with house break offences, a police official said.
"As they were juveniles, they were not kept in police lock-up at the police station nor were they in police custody. Hence they managed to run away from the premises today," the official said, adding that further investigation was on.
