The minister of Social Justice and Empowerment also felicitated the faculty of NIT, Kurukshetra and Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust, New Delhi for their effort in supporting the Ministry's endeavour for preparing these youths for the event.
The event was held in Yangzhou, China from November 21-25.
The team had won five awards, four in individual category and one in group category, in the global event.
India ranked third after China and South Korea in the event in which 270 participants from 16 countries of the Asia Pacific Region took part.
While two Delhi youths suffer from locomotor disability and hearing impairment, the other two from Mumbai and Lucknow are visually impaired and intellectually disabled respectively.
