Headless bodies of woman, daughter found near railway tracks

The headless bodies of a 48-year- old woman and her daughter were found near railway tracks here, police said today.
The beheaded bodies were recovered yesterday and police had to rely on the victims' mobile phone to identify the duo as Malti and Anita (18), residents of the Duhara area.
The bodies were found lying behind a sugar mill in the Purani Basti area here, police said.
Inquiries are on into the matter, they said, adding that the bodies have been sent for a post-mortem.
