HP: Annual plan meeting of MLAs from Jan 14

The annual exercise of district-wise meetings of MLAs to know their plan priorities would be held here on January 14 and 15.
Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh will preside over annual plan meetings with the legislators for the next financial year (2014-15) and the priorities listed by the MLAs would be incorporated in the annual plan, an officials spokesman said.
The meeting with MLAs of Solan, Sirmour and Shimla districts will be held from in the morning session on January 14 while meeting with MLAs of Mandi, Kullu and Bilaspur districts would be held in the afternoon session.
The meeting with MLAs of Kangra, Lahaul and Spiti and Kinnaur districts would be held in the morning session on January 15 while MLAs of Chamba, Una and Hamirpur districts would spell their priorities in the post lunch session.

He said that priorities of MLAs regarding roads, bridges and small irrigation and drinking water supply schemes had been invited in the meeting and issues pertaining to resource mobilisation, better administration and steps for compressing expenditure on various heads would also be discussed with the MLAs, the spokesman added.
